According to the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you have a cooling off period of seven working days from receipt of goods. This period allows an unconditional right to cancel. You will be required to make such a request in writing, with the return of all course materials to SoulSchool. All course materials and any accessory study materials should be returned to us in good and complete order before a refund is made.

The fee you pay for the SoulSchool Foundation Course is a commitment on your part and is not refundable, even if paying in instalments, unless you are cancelling under the terms of the Regulations described above. SoulSchool is sympathetic to cases of genuine hardship and students should contact us if they are experiencing difficulties.

SoulSchool reserves the right to decline applications to enrol on the Foundation Course. This may be, for instance, because we have reached the maximum capacity for adequate teaching, in which case you will be advised when more places become available and given the opportunity to enrol.

SoulSchool undertakes to supply students with all printed materials comprising the SoulSchool Foundation Course, including three monthly study packs, three CDs of spoken visualisations, a copy of The Angels Script book and card set, and a folder in which to keep the printed papers. These will be mailed to you in three monthly instalments, with the first part usually sent during the first week of the month following payment of your fee.

All printed, published and recorded materials supplied as part of the Foundation Course are copyright SoulSchool and students may not duplicate, copy, or otherwise reproduce them in any form whatsoever, except strictly for their own personal use. The materials are not transferable and may not be given to another person to use.

SoulSchool reserves the right to further develop and improve the content and presentation of the Foundation Course. We undertake that such changes will not disrupt your progress through the course.

Providing the course has, in the opinion of SoulSchool, been completed satisfactorily, SoulSchool will issue a Certificate of Completion. The Certificate of Completion is intended to demonstrate the student has a satisfactory knowledge of the ideas presented in the Foundation Course. It does not represent a formally recognised qualification and does not confer any legal or other status, other than qualifying the student to apply for enrolment on the SoulSchool Advanced Course.

The Foundation Course is designed to take three to four months to complete. After four months, or issue of a Certificate of Completion (whichever is the sooner), SoulSchool is not obliged to give further telephone, email, or other support, unless by prior agreement in writing. We will endeavour to give you support over a longer period only in unusual circumstances, but this cannot be guaranteed.

In order to maintain the highest standards, SoulSchool reserves the right to not issue a Certificate of Completion to any student who fails to return their final assignment satisfactorily, or who is otherwise deemed to fall short of the required standard, at the sole discretion of SoulSchool.

The student accepts responsibility for their own psychological health and has indicated this on their Enrolment Form.

The student also accepts that the ideas presented with the Foundation Course are delivered in good faith. SoulSchool bears no responsibility for factual or other errors and students are encouraged to question what they are given.

SoulSchool may refuse to give email, telephone, or other support to any student who, in the opinion of SoulSchool, is abusing the support system by demanding an unreasonable amount of time.

Email and telephone support is given to students in confidence. However, accounts of students' experiences may be used by SoulSchool in publicity or other materials (names will always be changed to protect students' identities), unless permission is withheld in writing.

Additional services or support may be offered to students on SoulSchool's website. These are bound by their own Terms and Conditions, which are viewable online at clearly marked links.

Students' data will be held in a computerised database by SoulSchool. This data is confidential and will not be given to any third party, for profit or otherwise. SoulSchool may retain the data for marketing purposes after completion of the Foundation Course, but students may ask for it to be removed if they so wish. If you want to see the information we have stored about you, please send us a signed request and a stamped addressed envelope.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected by these Terms and Conditions. Any dispute that may arise between you and SoulSchool will be subject to English Law.

By enroling on the Foundation Course you are deemed to have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.
