All
payments are made to SoulSchool using PayPal's secure, online payment
system.
Once
an order is received, it will normally be sent by First Class Royal
Mail (UK) or airmail (outside UK) within three working days.
Additional
postal services, such as Recorded Delivery can be arranged, but only
after arranging for payment of the extra postage.
You
will be notified of any anticipated delays in delivery and given the
option of waiting or a refund. Refunds will only be made if orders cannot
be dispatched within seven days of receipt of payment.
Goods
may be returned for refund if sent back in shop condition . Post and
package charges cannot be refunded and goods are returned at the customer's
cost.
Your
consumer rights remain unaffected and all disputes are subject to English
Law.
